We are beyond excited to be planning the first annual Grey Minnow Vintage & Handmade Revelry.
After coordinating eight years of Handmade Markets around Christmas time we wanted to go BIG and festive in the summer! We want to give Southern Minnesota a reason to get outside and enjoy the arts while hunting the perfect one-of-a-kind finds. We hope you will join us!
What you need to know:
The Grey Minnow Vintage & Handmade Revelry is a juried show. 
That means we will judge each applicant and let you know within two weeks of your application submission date if we can immediately accept you in the show or if we will have to put you on the wait-list.  We will be looking for awesome makers, artists and vintage dealers who are creative, and do a great job displaying their goods. The pictures submitted with the application are very important in helping us judge if you will be a good fit for this event. We will limit the number of product categories, to create a well-rounded event. This means we may unfortunately have to wait-list great vendors. Event fee will be due 10 days after the acceptance email is sent out.  If we do not receive your payment, we may give your space to another applicant.
Vintage/Antique vendors-- Must display your goods in a creative, eye-pleasing way- this is not a flea market. Refurbished items are great!
Handmade/Artist vendors-- All goods must be handmade, no new/resale items. Prints of your original artwork is fine. No MLM companies.
Miscellaneous-- Not sure where you fit? Treats? Plants? Flower Arrangement? Something else? Apply and we'll see if we think you would make a good fit. 
You have to be there the entire show with enough goods for both days.  
Vendors can set up Thursday evening or Friday morning and cannot tear down until Saturday at 3pm.
Folks are paying to get into the show, so it's important that vendors have goods throughout the entire show.
Each vendor will receive two lanyards for vendor identification and entrance into the event. They need to be worn at all times.  If a vendor/helper doesn't have a lanyard on, they will be expected to pay regular admission.
Vendors are responsible to bring everything they need for their set up
including tables, chairs, table coverings etc.
The event will go on rain or shine. All payments are non-refundable. 
We have LOTS of indoor space with the availability of pulling up close to large doors for load in and load out.
Electricity is available.
This space will be locked up and secure Thursday and Friday night. 
10x10    $150 (multiple spots available)
If you feel your items work best outdoors, there is outside space available.
Tents should be weighted at at least 30 pounds per leg using tent weights.
Please note, outside spaces will NOT be under security during the night.
12x12 (approx.-- can be adjusted to your needs) $120
Electricity- $60
Every vendor will need their own insurance.
For $45 we will add your coverage to our policy (indoor vendors only) or

You may choose to get your own.  If so, you will need to provide us with a liability insurance certificate for your booth during the time you are at Grey Minnow Revelry. The liability insurance will need to cover $1,000,000.  If you do not have business liability insurance there are many ways to obtain this for a very little cost. See the link below for a coverage provider we recommended.  

When obtaining this insurance please note the following: 

1) Certificate of Liability Insurance must be a minimum $1,000,000 coverage for the entire time your booth is in the event space (3 days) 

2) Kristy Rooney, Katie Stromlund and Mower County Fairgrounds must be listed as either “certificate holder” or “additional insured” 

3) The certificate must be filed with us by May 13, 2019. 

We must have your Certificate of Liability Insurance before you will be allowed to set up for the show.

IF YOU USE THIS INSURANCE - Set your coverage dates from June 13 - June 15. This will be perfect for the 3 consecutive days that you will be at Grey Minnow Revelry.  You should be able to check NO for all the questions, unless you have had a liability claim in the past. I know it might bum you out, but we will not have live animals.  

This is a first year event.  We don't have numbers to give you, but we will be working hard getting the word out to a very wide range around southern MN and northern IA. It's very important to us that this event goes well and we will be spending a lot of time, energy and money to see that that happens. Our application fees are lower this year to thank the vendors who believe in us enough to be a part of our inaugural revelry!
Need to stay the night?
Camping/RV spots that include electricity, water and showers are available on site for $40/night.
You can choose this option when you apply so that you are charged for it with your booth fee
or you can request it later.

Within two weeks of receiving your application we will send you an acceptance letter or a wait-list letter. 
If you receive an acceptance email, you have 10 days to send in the fee and ST19 form. If we do not receive payment in 10 days, your spot may be given to someone else.
You will receive a planning email with a lot of details closer to the show.
